Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TeesCode. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 1-2 business days. Please note that Sundays are non-working days for return and exchange queries.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item within 2-3 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

For returns from locations not serviced by our courier partners, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. For areas where return pickup is available, we will arrange the return within 3 working days after approving the request.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number, video of opening the package and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

We will investigate the matter and, once verified, arrange for a free replacement within 3 working days.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange process, kindly email us at hello@teescode.com or message us on WhatsApp. Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Video of opening the package
  • Clear photos if applicable

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
